Yes, absolutely! All of Memberstack's features are free to try (no credit card) on a test site for an unlimited amount of time. This means that you can take the time you need to set up Memberstack fully in test mode, and only pay when your website is ready to accept real members.
Plans start at $29/mo ($25/mo billed yearly) for the Basic plan with up to 1,000 members. Professional is $49/mo ($39/mo yearly) with up to 5,000 members, Business is $99/mo ($79/mo yearly), and Established is $499/mo ($399/mo yearly) with zero transaction fees. Every plan includes social logins, Stripe payments, custom SSO, branded emails, and email campaigns.
We define a transaction as whenever a member pays to sign up on your website through Memberstack. A transaction fee is a service fee based on a given percentage of each transaction: 4% on Basic, 2% on Professional, 0.9% on Business, and zero on Established. If you only have free members, then the transaction fees do not apply to you. Please note that Memberstack's transaction fees do not include the fees that Stripe charges.
We count the total number of Live members. This includes all free and paying members, and excludes any test mode members. Basic includes up to 1,000 members, Professional up to 5,000, and Business and Established include 10,000+ members. You will receive an email when you are 90% of the way to your current member limit. When you reach 100% on the Basic and Professional plans we will automatically upgrade your account to the next tier.
Memberstack uses Stripe to process payments securely on our users' websites and for payouts. Money you earn on your website is directly and securely transferred to your bank account via Stripe.
Yes! Non-profits get 50% off any plan. Young professionals can build for free and pay 4% only when they earn. Startups that have raised less than $1M get 10,000 members and 0% fees for $249/mo ($199/mo yearly). If you're building for the Webflow community, you can get the Basic plan free.
