Set your own hours. Get up early, stay up late — pick whatever days and times work best for you or when you feel most productive. Half of our team currently works ~40 hours Monday-Thursday, and takes Friday off every week.

Consulting Budget
Everyone is expected to work with mentors, advisors, consultants, and industry pro's whenever possible. Ask questions, get feedback, build something, or whatever! We'll cover the fees and/or help arrange the calls.

Paid Vacation
Unlimited vacation days. We do try to ensure that team members take at least 14 days of paid time off at the minimum, plus national holidays. We also take December 24 to January 1 off each year.
