Who you are, what does your project do, and why did you build it?
We are Mitora, a digital marketing agency located in Melbourne, Australia. We provide SEO, PPC, and website design services for small to medium sized businesses. To better cater for all sized businesses and budgets, we created an online learning platform to provide the tools, skills, and techniques we use to produce results for our clients. The platform contains introduction courses designed to help businesses DIY their digital marketing strategies to improve performance on a limited budget.
What are your favorite things about Memberstack? Why are those your favorites?
Memberstack has helped us create an online login portal, gated content, and user profiles that seamlessly integrated into our Webflow website. We love how customisable it is, and how easy it was to install. Additionally, we were able to build permanent workflows around the system due to its reliability.
What problems did Memberstack help you to solve?
Memberstack allowed us to easily create different payment currencies for the same product, helping us reach new audiences and target a larger market.
How I Built This...
Initially when we built our Webflow website, we were not planning to integrate an online learning platform. As we began to grow as a business, we decided to research different solutions to decide how we would best cater for businesses we would not be able to service.
That's when we found Memberstack, which gave us the idea to build the learning platform. Without the features of Memberstack (e.g the ability to easily create login, signup, and user profiles, gated content, multiple paid plans etc.) we would have decided against the development of the platform.
We then began building our first course "SEO Mastery - From Beginner to Pro", which sets all the key foundations points when performing SEO. After the development of the course, we began building the course landing pages, course categories, the course video pages, and other utility pages using Webflow CMS. This is where we began integrating Memberstack.
Once we created all the required pages, we utilised Memberstack to gate specific course content, create both paid and free plans, and ultimately, receive payments through Stripe integrations.
