Who you are, what does your project do, and why did you build it?
Cheers! I'm Doc Waller, the Founder & Exec Producer for LYFE At Home; a wellness based media company fostering happier and healthier lives. We produce and ecosystem of lifestyle content, centered around home workouts, for every member of the household.
What problems did Memberstack help you to solve?
Endless. Community engagement. Onboarding. Subscription implementation. Paywall access. It's sincerely one the the foundational parts of our offering.
What are your favourite things about Memberstack? Why are those your favourites?
The simple implementation is by far the biggest benefit. Simply stumbling on Memberstack was like taking a giant deep breath; especially for a founder of a very small start-up. It provides me the opportunity to implement features/elements of a website that I'd either never be able to do, or would take me years to learn how to do well enough.
How I built this
I'm not a programmer/coder by trade, so I had to find a Webflow template that spoke to the visual aesthetic and technical requirements for our company. Beyond the webflow side of things, Memberstack is largely the only other major tool we're using. We do have a few components from Flowbase on our site. We started to implement a custom modal video player for our on-demand section, but decided to used one of Memberstack's comment card designs for that as well.
