Set your Hiring Goals 30+ minutes
We ALWAYS start by hiring on a short-term contract. This rule of thumb has saved us SO MUCH trouble.
Write a Job Description 30 minutes
Keep it short. Only include the most important details. Write a JD your candidates will love.
Create a Trial Project 60 minute
A small paid trial project (2-4 hours of work) is our favorite way to validate if someone is ready for the job.
