New Webflow Pricing in 2026: What Every Plan Costs and How to Choose

Webflow overhauled its pricing in May 2026. If you are confused by the changes, you are not alone. Plans were renamed, consolidated, and restructured, plus a completely new category (Platform plans) was introduced for larger teams.

This guide breaks down the new Webflow plans, what they cost, what they include, and how to pick the right combination for your situation. All prices below are in USD and reflect yearly billing rather than monthly unless noted otherwise.

TL;DR

Webflow pricing works on two layers: a Workspace plan (who can access and collaborate on your sites) and a Site plan (what each individual site can do). Think of it like an amusement park. The Workspace is your entrance ticket, which determines how many people get in and what shared amenities they have access to. The Site plan is the experience each ride offers, which determines what features that specific site gets.

The biggest changes in 2026: the old CMS and Business site plans are gone, replaced by a single Premium plan at $25 per month (yearly). A new Platform plan category (Team at $2,500 per month, Enterprise at custom pricing) bundles sites, workspaces, add-ons, and support for larger organizations. Workspace and ecommerce plan pricing is mostly unchanged. Student discounts have been deprecated and existing plans will transition to new prices at their first renewal on or after June 29, 2026 (November 16, 2026 for Freelancer and Agency Workspaces). Current users can lock in their current rates a few extra months and save some money if they switch to yearly billing before the due dates.

Quick Answer: How Much Does Webflow Cost?

For most users, here is what you will pay:

Blog image

Most freelancers and small teams will spend between $25 and $75 per month total. Costs scale with team size, add-ons, and ecommerce needs.

Site Plans

Site plans determine what each individual site can do. Every site begins on Starter and can be upgraded independently.

Starter (Free)

For exploring and prototyping. Publish to a webflow.io domain. Includes 2 static pages, 50 CMS items, 1 GB bandwidth, 50 form submissions, Webflow AI, MCP server access, and Webflow Cloud app hosting. Also comes with a free Starter Workspace.

Use this if: You are sketching out an idea, building a demo, or learning Webflow.

Basic ($15 per month, yearly billing)

For simple sites that do not need a CMS. Adds a custom domain, 300 static pages, 10 GB bandwidth, unlimited form submissions, AI-powered SEO and AEO tools and password protection.

Use this if: You need a live site with a custom domain but do not need blog posts, dynamic content, or CMS functionality. This plan has zero CMS support.

Premium ($25 per month, yearly billing)

For content-rich sites with CMS and traffic needs. This is the new plan that replaces the CMS and Business tiers. Everything in Basic, plus Webflow CMS (20,000 items, 40 collections), scalable bandwidth up to 2.5 TB, code components, site search, form file upload, well-known files, scheduled publishing, per-item and multi-item publishing, dynamic custom code, RSS feeds,.

Use this if: You need a CMS-driven site (blogs, directories, dynamic pages), code components, or site search. This is the plan most Webflow developers and content-driven sites will land on.

Platform Plans

Platform plans are new in May 2026. They bundle a site, workspace, add-ons, and support into a single package for growing organizations that need governance, security, and priority support.

Team ($2,500 per month, annual contract required)

Includes a site and workspace, 2 locales for localization, 5 full seats, 5 limited seats, up to 100 free seats, 100,000 AI credits per year, advanced publishing (single-page publishing, bulk library updates, publishing workflows), branch staging, page branching, site activity log, 24/7 priority support, guided onboarding, Webflow University Pro, up to 500 static pages, 20,000 CMS items, 100 collections, up to 30 TB bandwidth, and 600 RPM on content management APIs. AEO agents (technical and content) are coming soon. Application uptime SLA of 99.90%.

Use this if: You are a growing team that needs governance, publishing workflows, priority support, and AEO tools without piecing together separate plans and add-ons.

Enterprise (Custom pricing)

Everything in Team, plus granular permissions, advanced governance, custom roles, design approvals, audit logs API, single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, dedicated customer success manager, solutions architect, phone support, custom SLAs (99.99% hosting uptime, 1-hour major incident response), and custom configurations across all limits.

Use this if: You need enterprise-grade security, compliance, and support with custom billing and SLAs.

Workspace Plans

Workspace plans determine who can collaborate on your sites and what staging capabilities you have. Every Webflow account includes one free Workspace. You can create additional Workspaces as needed, but only one can be free.

Starter (Free)

Unlimited paid hosted sites, 2 staging sites, 2 pages per staged site, 50 CMS items per staged site, 200 AI credits, 1 full seat, and agency/freelancer guest access.

Core ($19 per month, yearly billing)

Everything in Starter, plus 10 staging sites, 300 pages per staged site, 300 AI credits, custom code, code export, and shared libraries.

Growth ($49 per month, yearly billing)

Everything in Core, plus unlimited staging sites, 400 AI credits, site password protection, 301 redirects, site-specific access, site-level roles, and publishing permissions.

Seats

Every Workspace includes 1 full seat. Additional seats can be added at any time:

  • Full seat ($39 per month, yearly billing): Full design access and admin settings
  • Limited seat ($15 per month, yearly billing): Content editing and page building with components
  • Free seat ($0): Reviewers and commenters only

AI Credits

Every Workspace comes with AI credits (200 on Starter, 300 on Core, 400 on Growth). Additional credits can be purchased (starting June 29th, 2026) at 2,000 credits per month for $20 per month (yearly billing).

Ecommerce Plans

Ecommerce plans are purchased in addition to a site plan and unlock online selling features. Ecommerce pricing is not changing in the 2026 update.

Blog image

All ecommerce plans include a custom shopping cart and checkout. Plus and Advanced also include unbranded emails.

Add-Ons

Add-ons are available on Basic and Premium site plans (and included or customizable on Platform plans).

Localization can be previewed for free on any plan. You only pay when you publish.

Discounts and Legacy Pricing Transitions

A few important notes on pricing transitions:

Legacy plan holders. Existing Webflow plans will maintain their current pricing until the first renewal on or after June 29, 2026. For users in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces OR sites on legacy pricing, the transition date is November 16, 2026. Switching to annual billing before these dates locks in current pricing for another year.

Student and educator discounts. The Webflow for Students program was deprecated on February 28, 2026. Existing approved discounts remain valid until the end of their term, but new applications are not being accepted.

Startup discounts. New customers in 2026 can apply for a startup discount offering 100% off a Premium Plan for 12 months.

Nonprofit discounts. Eligible nonprofit organizations can receive 50% off one site on a Basic or Premium site plan for 12 months, renewable by reapplying with updated nonprofit verification. The discount is available on monthly or yearly billing but does not apply to ecommerce plans, workspace plans, or add-ons. U.S. customers need 501(c)(3) status from the IRS as proof. Apply through Webflow Support with official governmental documentation verifying nonprofit status.

Logic sunset. Webflow's Logic tool has been deprecated. Special migration discounts are available through partners like Zapier and Make for teams transitioning automation workflows.

How to Choose the Right Combination

A quick decision framework based on who you are:

Solo freelancer building client sites. Premium Site ($25/mo) plus Core Workspace ($19/mo). Total: $44 per month. Covers CMS, custom code, staging for up to 10 sites, and code export.

Small agency with a few team members. Premium Site(s) plus Growth Workspace ($49/mo) plus additional seats as needed. Growth gives unlimited staging, publishing permissions, and site-level roles.

Marketing team at a growing company. Team Platform ($2,500/mo). Bundles everything (site, workspace, seats, localization, priority support, AEO tools) into one contract with governance and publishing workflows.

Simple portfolio or landing page. Basic Site ($15/mo) plus free Starter Workspace. No CMS needed, minimal cost.

Ecommerce store. Premium Site ($25/mo) plus the ecommerce plan that matches your volume (Standard at $29/mo for getting started, Plus at $74/mo for higher volume, Advanced at $212/mo for scale).

Webflow Pricing Is Now Simpler

The 2026 restructure reduced the number of site plans from five to three, introduced Platform plans for teams that want everything bundled, and consolidated CMS and advanced features into a single Premium tier. The core model is the same as it has always been (Workspace plus Site plan), but the choices within that model are cleaner.

Pick the Site plan that matches your content needs, the Workspace plan that matches your team size, and add ecommerce or add-ons only when you need them. That is the simplest path to the right Webflow setup.

FAQ About Webflow Pricing

What is the difference between a Workspace and a Site plan? A Workspace determines who can access and collaborate on your sites (team members, staging, permissions). A Site plan determines what an individual site can do (CMS, bandwidth, forms, custom domain). You need both. Every Webflow account comes with a free Starter Workspace and a free Starter Site plan.

Is Webflow free? Webflow has a free Starter site plan (webflow.io domain, 2 static pages, 50 CMS items) and a free Starter Workspace (1 seat, 2 staging sites). You can build and prototype for free. You need a paid Site plan to publish to a custom domain, and a paid Workspace plan for features like custom code, code export, and advanced staging.

What happened to the CMS and Business site plans? They were consolidated into the new Premium plan at $25 per month (yearly). Premium includes everything the old CMS and Business plans offered (up to 20,000 CMS items, 40 collections, scheduled publishing) plus new features like code components, site search, and AI-powered SEO and AEO.

Can I pay monthly? Yes. All plans allow monthly billing, but yearly billing saves up to 40%. Yearly billing is almost always the better deal.

How many sites can I have? Any Workspace tier supports unlimited paid hosted sites. The main limit is on staging webflow.io domain sites: Starter allows 2, Core allows 10, Growth allows unlimited.

What are Platform plans? Platform plans (Team and Enterprise) bundle a site, workspace, add-ons, seats, and support into a single package. They are designed for growing organizations that need governance, publishing workflows, AEO tools, and priority support. Team starts at $2,500 per month with an annual contract. Enterprise is custom pricing.

Will my current pricing change immediately? No. Existing plans maintain their current pricing until the first renewal on or after June 29, 2026 (November 16, 2026 For users in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces OR sites on legacy pricing). Switching to annual billing before these dates locks in current pricing for another year.

Are student discounts still available? No. The Webflow for Students program was deprecated on February 28, 2026. Existing approved discounts remain valid until their term ends, but new applications are no longer accepted.

Is there a startup discount? Yes. New customers in 2026 can apply for a startup discount offering 100% off a Premium SIte plan for 12 months.
