Introducing the AI Site Builder Challenge:

The Webflow AI Site Builder is finally here, but can it compete with the reigning champion, Relume AI? We put both tools head-to-head to build a website for Member Stack, comparing everything from the design quality and workflow to their use of class structure (like Client-First). Find out which AI tool takes the crown for building better and faster Webflow sites in 2025. In this deep-dive comparison of Relume vs Webflow AI, we thoroughly test both platforms by designing a complex SaaS product website. Follow along as we compare the initial design output, the flexibility of the section libraries, and the underlying code structure (including Webflow AI's Flowkit versus Relume's adherence to the popular Client-First methodology). If you're a professional looking for a fast, quality agency workflow or a hobbyist seeking the best free starting point, this video will help you decide which AI website builder is right for you. Testing the Webflow AI Site Builder:

First things first, this is what you see when you create a new site in Web Flow. I'm sure you've probably seen this before. It says AI site builder. So, I'm going to go ahead and just click on that and let's go through this flow. So, I'm going to be trying to build a new website for Memberstack today.

Defining the Test Case: Member Stack:

So, anyways, who is the target audience? What makes the business unique. All right, so I'm going to go ahead and write this now. All right, so Web Flow developers who are trying to turn their site into a web app.

Reviewing the Initial Webflow AI Homepage Design:

Okay, so reviewing the Initial Webflow AI Homepage Design navigation, hero section, logo bar, feature section, feature section, pricing, call to action, testimonial,        FAQ, content feed, contact form, and footer. That sounds good to me. I'm a fan of it really. I don't have anything to change. So, let's go ahead and hit next.

Customizing Sections and Brand Style in Webflow AI:

Okay, so this is a nice site. I will say though, it doesn't feel like it was designed by a designer. It just feels like a very basic site. Uh, that being said, I think it's a        excellent starting point. So, let's go ahead and just play around here.

Evaluating Webflow AI's Font Customization:

I'm going to try to find one that has plus Jakarta sands in it...That being said, if I was using this, I'd probably want to match, you know, the brand. So, I'd really like it if there was a way. I know Reloom has this where I could just straight up say use these fonts.

Adjusting Corner Radius and Card Styles:

What options do we have there? Small shadow. Maybe go with that. I don't love this section. So, I want to see if there's anything I can do to like Yeah, replace section. Okay, let's go ahead and replace this section here.

Examining Webflow AI's Class Structure (Flowkit):

I'm going to see if we can actually add more pages to it. This is a component. That's wonderful. The class names are nice, but I don't know what structure this is actually following. I really would have loved to have been able to select which way I want this to make my site.

Starting the Relume AI Site Build:

I don't like how I cannot use client first. I'm not a huge fan of that. This is pretty good. I'm going to see if I can continue to use this on other Okay, new page with AI. Let's go ahead and make an about page and see what it does for these other pages and then I think we can move past this and see how it stacks up against Reloom.

Generating and Customizing the Relume Site Map:

So something that I really like about Reloom is, you know, I used to be an agency founder, used to work for clients and the flow that we followed to build out these sites is very similar to what Reloom does.

Designing Wireframes from the Extensive Relume Library:

So, now what Reloom is going to do is it's going to take my site map and basically match it up with sections that can get going on our site. So, the cool thing about this is that if you don't know, Reloom, I mean, they were an agency and then it became a web flow component library with a bunch of like unstyled wireframe components. Then it became an AI site builder.

Setting the Relume Style Guide (Custom Fonts & Colors):

So, first things first, I can actually select my colors. I definitely think Web Flow should add that in. And let's go ahead and try to find something similar to the Memberstack blue.

Reviewing the Final Relume Design Quality:

Now, if I go to design over here, it's going to like add that to all of the other ones. And I could zoom in over here. Oh, getting a little bit slow. Okay, there we go. So, it's done. And now I can change things that I want to change.

Delivering the Final Verdict: Relume vs. Webflow AI:

So, the final verdict of this video is, can Web Flow's AI site builder keep up with Reloom? Is it as good as Reloom? And I'm going to say no, but definitely with a caveat.
