No. Add only the currencies your members need. If you serve primarily US and EU markets, USD and EUR might be enough. Add more as your audience grows.
No. You set a fixed price for each currency. This gives you full control over pricing per market, but it also means you'll want to review prices periodically as rates shift.
Stripe settles to your bank in your home currency regardless of what currency the member paid in. Stripe handles the conversion on their end.
