Who you are, what does your project do, and why did you build it?
Wellsphere is a global wellness talent platform that connects wellness professionals—like yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, and holistic practitioners with jobs. We built it to solve a problem we experienced ourselves: it’s hard for wellness professionals to find reliable, aligned work, and just as tough for businesses to find trusted talent. Wellsphere makes that process easier, more transparent, and community-driven—bringing together the right people in the wellness world.
What problems did Memberstack help you to solve?
Memberstack helped us solve the challenge of managing user authentication, gated content, and different access levels for multiple user types—all without needing to build a custom backend. Without Memberstack, we would have had to invest significantly more time and money into coding user login systems, membership tiers, and content restrictions from scratch. It allowed us to launch faster, stay no-code, and still offer a smooth, secure experience for our community.
What are your favorite things about Memberstack? Why?
One of our favorite things about Memberstack is how seamlessly it integrates with Webflow—it allows us to build a custom, design-led experience while managing memberships and gated content with ease. We also really appreciate the flexibility in setting up user-specific content and access levels, which is key for our multi-audience platform. The dashboard is intuitive, and the ability to manage members, track activity, and automate workflows with tools like Make has been a game-changer. It’s allowed us to scale without needing heavy dev support.
How I built this -
We built Wellsphere using Webflow, Memberstack, and Make. Webflow handles our front-end design, allowing us to create a clean, user-friendly experience. Memberstack manages user logins, memberships, and gated content for different user types. Make connects everything behind the scenes—automating forms, emails, and updates. Together, these tools let us run a professional, flexible platform without needing custom code.
