Switch to Memberstack
Webflow developers move to Memberstack for full design control, 800+ free components, element-level content gating, and native Webflow integration that lives inside your project.
Outseta already runs your payments through Stripe, so your customers’ cards stay in your Stripe account. You move your members over with a CSV import — most setups take an afternoon.
How the move works
Import your members with a CSV
Here’s the short version — three steps, no downtime for your members.
Export your members from Outseta
Pull a CSV with email addresses, names, and Stripe Customer IDs — everything Memberstack needs to recreate your members.
Set up your subscriptions in Stripe
Outseta charges through Stripe but manages subscriptions itself, so your recurring members don't have a Stripe Subscription ID yet. Memberstack needs that ID to import a paying member, so create the subscription records in Stripe first.
Import your members and go live
Build your plans in Memberstack, upload the CSV, and test everything before you switch Outseta off.
What your members experience
For them, not much changes
Their cards stay on file in Stripe. Their plans and billing dates stay the same. No one gets charged twice.
Their cards stay on file
Payment details live in Stripe and never move. No one re-enters a card.
Same plans, same billing dates
Plans and renewal dates carry over unchanged. Charges continue right on schedule.
No one gets charged twice
You reuse your existing Stripe customers and billing dates, so the import creates zero new charges.
Login barely changes
Passwordless members won't notice a thing. Password users just set a new one on their first visit — send a quick reset link and they're set.
Questions about the switch
Everything you need to know before you move a single member.
You import them into Memberstack with a CSV file. Export your members from Outseta, prepare the file with email addresses, names, and Stripe IDs, then upload. A single CSV can hold up to 10,000 rows. The full import guide walks through every field.
One tip before you import
Importing paying members triggers the customer.subscription.updated event in Stripe. If you run any Make or Zapier scenarios on that event, turn them off during the import so they don’t fire on every member.
